ReCenter is a rehabilitation center in Houston that was entering a new chapter. Formerly a men-only facility, the organization was expanding its services to welcome women and investing in a renewed vision for recovery centered on dignity, inclusion, and long-term transformation.
The challenge was not simply to redesign an identity. It was to help redefine how the organization saw itself and how it would be experienced by the people who relied on it most.
Working closely with the client, I developed the name ReCenter, a concept rooted in the belief that recovery is not about returning to who you once were, but finding your center again. The name became the foundation for a visual identity built around balance, renewal, and forward momentum.
The resulting brand system pairs warmth with clarity. Grounded typography communicate trust and stability, while a vibrant palette introduces a sense of optimism and possibility. Every element was designed to support the organization's mission of helping individuals rebuild their lives with confidence and compassion.
